Project Stay Free

Program Vision

Project Stay Free’s vision is to serve as the re-entry site for all youth living in New Castle County who are set to return to the community from both in state detention facilities and from out of State placement facilities. We will also increase current slots in the day treatment program from 18 to 25 students. Lastly, Project Stay Free will increase efforts in prevention to help reach youth before they enter the court systems.
